Torrisdale Castle Estate Apple Mistelle

Discover our Apple Mistelle, an exquisite desert wine crafted from our own apples at our small, family-run distillery in Kintyre.

We created our Mistelle by blending fresh apple juice with our apple brandy and left it to mature in a former Calvados cask for 12 months.  The resulting elixir preserves the vibrant, natural sweetness and pure essence of our hand-picked fruit.

Every bottle is a true expression of our unique location on this beautiful peninsula.

Tasting notes: A fresh, dry flavour with a burst of sweet apple both on the nose and on the palate.

Serve:  Neat over ice as a sophisticated aperitif or with soda for a refreshing, longer drink. Our Apple Mistelle is also the perfect accompaniment to a Scottish cheese board.

Our still is powered by our own hydro electricity and we endeavour to keep our impact on the environment as low as possible. Our new 70cl bottles are made from 100% recycled glass and the closures are a sustainable charcoal composite.

We use the Royal Mail Signed for Second Class service. We can only deliver to addresses within the UK. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders will normally be delivered as soon after despatch as possible. Given our remote location, occasionally we experience transport issues, often due to inclement weather.
